Jon Charpentier
Service Manager
Jon joined the Heartland Tire team in 2022 as a working service manager, helping lead shop operations. Through his hard work and dedication, Jon accelerated his career into the front office and now manages the store. He has been in the automotive industry since 2008 and developed his passion for cars while working alongside his dad fixing vehicles. Jon’s passion for both cars and people go hand in hand, as he strives to give every customer a great experience and a reason to smile each day.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys fishing, spending time with his family and dog (Hulk), rebuilding four-wheelers, and gardening.
